In this position, you will select from alternative methods and refers problems not solvable by adapting or interpreting substantive guides, manuals, or procedures. The selected candidate will have duties that include: assisting in a variety of administrative matters; maintaining a wide variety of financial or other records (stored both manually and electronically); verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness; compiling information; and handling and adjusting complaints. Our mission is to provide support for underwater submersibles throughout the entire life-cycle maintenance process! This position supports the customer's Corporate Operations Department. Duties and responsibilities include: a. Entering data and updating the eTasker action tracking program. b. Track the status of all Internal Operating Documents. c. Perform clerical services such as filing and researching. d. Modify documents and forms using MS Word. e. Process documents, finalize drafts and gather signatures. f. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
