Description :
DUTIES:
CACI has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Specialist to support ILS Logistics Support efforts undertaken by Kittery ME. Will work closely with the submarine personnel to validate the COSAL database with equipment actually loaded onboard. Performs limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, cataloging, property utilization) the work generally involves individual case problems or supply actions. This work may require consideration of program requirements, together with specific variations in or from standardized guidelines. Assignments require (a) a good working knowledge of RSupply, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, and other established guidelines; (b) an understanding of the needs of the organization serviced; and (c) analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data, to establish the facts, and to take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
Current Secret Clearance
Minimum five years experience in the past 10 years of progressively responsible experience working in a storage warehouse facility.
Must have a current, valid driver's license.
Must be able to obtain a fork lift license.
Must be able to lift 50lbs, and endure standing, bending, and walking for extended
periods of time.
Must have basic computer skills including experience using MICROSOFT OFFICE, WORD, EXCEL, ACCESS, and OUTLOOK.
Qualifications:
Desired experience in NAVAL SUPPLY, with knowledge of NSN's, NIIN's, APLs and AELs, Naval Technical Manuals, MIPs, MRCs, and NTCSS R-SUPPLY.
Work involving DOD supply procedures, inventory management, To include: Inspection, receipt, stowage, preparation for shipment and transportation.
