This is a Pathway Intern Position. The incumbent assists in updating electrical engineering drawings and collects technical data for inclusion in engineering studies and reports.

Applicants who reside within the Kittery, Maine local commuting area, which is an area in which people live and can reasonably be expected to travel back and forth daily for their usual employment.
Suitable for Federal employment as determined by background investigation. Must be accepted for enrollment or enrolled in school.
Preparing basic Drawings, charts, maps and sketches of equipment related to the distribution system.
Assisting in preparing reports, charts, graphs for presentations of electrical operational.
Researching drawing files for technical information.
analyzing data in accordance with established procedures.
_ELIGIBILITY:_
You are eligible if you are currently accepted for enrollment or enrolled in an accredited high school, college (including 4-year colleges/universities, community colleges, and junior colleges); professional, technical, vocational, and trade school; advanced degree programs; or other qualifying educational institution pursuing a qualifying degree or certificate.
_Applicants must have one of the following qualifications:_
Completion of 2 academic years of post-high school study or associate''s degree.
The required education must lead to a bachelor''s degree with specialization in or directly related to the field in which the student trainees will receive training on the job. The degree of specialization in this field must satisfy on graduation the specific educational requirements in the qualification standard for the corresponding two-grade interval positions.

_QUALIFYING EDUCATION:_
1) A high school whose curriculum has been approved by a State or local governing body, or a home-school curriculum that has been approved by such a body or a State; and

(i) A technical or vocational school;
(ii) A 2-year or 4-year college or university;

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
