Responsible for the analysis, design, modification and support of websites. Focuses on the operations, maintenance, functionality, structure, and look and feel of websites. Creates, supports, and maintains the clients web pages including graphics, animation and functionality. Designs and develops web page layout, user interface graphics, icons, color schemes, the web infrastructure for new product release and new web-hosted product offerings, as well as consults on the online content. You will build new templates as needed, and revise existing templates including turn wireframe mockups into attractive, usable designs.
Attention to detail a must; strong grammar, proofreading skills and ability to produce high quality work without errors. Additionally, the successful candidate should possess the following:
- Solid foundation with Photoshop, Flash, and InDesign
- Search engine optimization
- Graphic design theory
- Understanding of HTML design.
- Skillsets required include:
HTML
CSS
Javascript and other scripting technology
Adobe suite Graphic Design tools
Strong communication skills required with the ability to receive client input and develop and deliver products that satisfy the requirements within a given timeline.
Strong understanding of modern website design principles.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at all times.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
