Dell Inc.''s wholly owned subsidiary Dell Services Federal Government, Inc. (DSFG) is seeking a Supply Technician who performs limited aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to depot, local, or other supply activities. Work usually is segregated by commodity area or function, and controlled in terms of difficulty, complexity, or responsibility. Assignments usually relate to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations; or to functions or subjects that are narrow in scope or limited in difficulty.
This position supports customer Corporate Operations Department. Duties and responsibilities include:
a. Prepare packages for shipment.
b. Collect customer''s U.S. postal mail, sort and deliver to personnel throughout the office.
c. Maintain office supplies, identify shortages to the government Point of Contact (POC), sort incoming supplies in the supply cabinet, and prepare order forms for government signature.
d. Provide messenger services within the customer work site.
e. Shred unclassified and classified documents.
f. Provide office equipment relocation and delivery services within the storage area.
g. Coordinate phone services with Communication Office.
h. Monitor Office equipment (Fax, Printer and Copier), check daily for paper shortage.

1 year experience with MS Office suite of products.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
