Our Care Access Patient Central Scheduler#is responsible for greeting patients and assisting with questions or concerns, creating pre-registration accounts for all new and established patients, verify, collect and update required information.
We are looking for a High School or higher education, and one year customer service.
# Knowledge of medical terminology, prior phone customer service or book keeping experience recommended.
