Description :
Duties and
Responsibilities: Generate and maintain DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) compliant views using IBM Rhapsody product. Perform analysis based on technical architecture and systems designs. Identify opportunities for improvement based on research and anlaysis. Work with development teams in collecting information regarding Naval IT systems.
Support the preparations for, facilitation of and reporting on stakeholder working group meetings in support of the architecture models. Perform technical reviews of deliverables and products. Attend program reviews and other meetings as requested.
Required Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or equivalent, and two to four years of related experience.
Minimum 1-3 years' experience gathering requirements and developing detailed software design documents for use by developers in the creation of software applications
Experience in writing and communicating efficiently
Experience and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment and utilize critical thinking skills
US Citizenship with Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain one
Proven experience with DoDAF Model development using IBM Rhapsody product.
Qualifications:
Experience using IBM's Rhapsody toolset to create Navy DoDAF drawings a plus.
Experience with Naval Shipyard Systems a plus
